Quandoo is winding down — here's the timeline that matters
Hi, I'm Graham — I built TableTango. On 24 March 2026 Quandoo announced it's ceasing operations after a strategic review. Per Quandoo's own update, here's what that means for you:
Bookings already in your Quandoo diary are still honoured. But after 30 September you can't take new bookings through Quandoo, and once the servers go offline your guest history and account are gone. The two jobs before then are simple: get a new booking channel live, and get your future bookings and guest list out — and that's exactly what we'll help you do, free.

When exactly is Quandoo closing?
Quandoo announced on 24 March 2026 that it's ceasing operations. Per Quandoo's own update, new bookings stop on 30 September 2026, and the website, app and infrastructure are taken offline by 31 December 2026 — after which you should expect guest history and account data to be unavailable. What happens to my existing Quandoo bookings?
Bookings already in your Quandoo diary are honoured up to the shutdown — you won't lose the ones already made. What you lose after 30 September is the ability to take new bookings through Quandoo, and once the servers go offline, your guest history. That's why the move to make now is getting a new booking channel live and exporting your data while you still can.
What do you move across — and is it really free?
Yes, the migration is free. Send us your Quandoo export and we'll set up your future reservations and your guest list (names, contacts, visit notes and history where your export includes them), recreate your opening hours and table plan, and help you swap your booking link on your website and Google. It's founder-led — a real person does it with you. For data protection we don't move stored card details or payment tokens; those stay with Quandoo and your bank.

We bring marketing-consent status across only where your Quandoo export clearly records it — we never invent consent.
How quickly can I be live, and when should I switch?
