- 1Set up your booking page
Create an account, add your opening hours and tables, and publish. Guests book 24/7 on your own page, and every booking lands in one live diary and floor plan.
- 2Put your new link where guests look for you
Add it as the Bookings link on your Google Business Profile, behind the “Book a table” button on your website, and on your Instagram profile. TableTango shows you exactly where each one goes.
- 3Keep a record of your upcoming Quandoo bookings
Existing bookings remain valid. Keep the details you already hold, ask Quandoo about any missing records, and reconcile upcoming bookings with your new diary so none are forgotten on the night.
- 4Check your guest export
Ask Quandoo which records you can export and how to obtain them. We can assess an authorised export case by case; importing records does not create marketing permission.

What is Quandoo's closure timeline?
Quandoo's UK notice lists 30 September 2026 as the final day for new reservations, 1 October 2026 as the end of consumer services, and 31 December 2026 for its website, app and remaining infrastructure to go offline. Does TableTango take commission on bookings?
No. There is no commission and no per-cover fee on any booking. There is one plan at £29.99 a month per venue, and your first 30 days are free from go-live, with no card to start.
What happens to existing Quandoo bookings when we switch?
Quandoo says existing reservations with dining dates after 30 September 2026 remain valid. Guests need to contact the restaurant directly for changes after that date. Keep a record of upcoming bookings and reconcile them with your TableTango diary before switching your links. Moving a link does not automatically transfer or synchronise bookings.
Can you bring our Quandoo guest list across?
Contact Quandoo to confirm which records you can export and how to obtain them. If you have an authorised export for your TableTango guest book, email support@tabletango.co.uk with a description of what it contains and we will tell you honestly what we can bring across. We never assume marketing consent: a guest only gets marketing from you if they agreed to it.
