Put this behind a “Book a table” button on your website, Google Business profile, or Instagram bio — or print the QR code for table tents, the window or flyers. Window poster opens a ready-to-print A4 sign with your QR code for your window or door.
Prefer the form on your page? Embed it
Simplest first: one clear “Book a table” button that opens the link above works on every website and never needs updating. Use the embed only if you want the booking form itself on the page.
Paste into any “HTML / embed” block (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress…). One booking box per page. The second line makes the box resize itself; the box still works without it.
Restaurant
Shown to guests on your booking page — use the restaurant line if you’d rather not list a mobile.
The neighbourhood guests search for. It’s added after your name in your booking page’s title, which Google and link previews usually show.
These are public restaurant contact details, separate from your sign-in and booking-notification email. Leave optional details blank to hide them.
Optional. Add your Google Maps listing to help guests find you. Don't have one yet?
Menus and guest information
Help guests plan their visit. Changes are published when you save Settings.
Shown when your booking link is shared. Choose a photo of your restaurant or a signature dish; it does not appear on the booking form itself.
Link to the menu on your website so it’s always up to date — or upload a PDF if it isn’t online anywhere. Add up to six, such as Dinner, Sunday lunch and Drinks. One menu shows a “View our menu” button on your booking page; two or more show a “Menus” row.
One note per line. Shown on the booking page, confirmation screen and confirmation/reminder emails; also used by your AI assistant. Not included in texts.
Booking rules
Bigger parties are asked to phone you instead. Your own dashboard can always add bookings regardless of notice or how far ahead.
Protects your kitchen: once this many guests are booked to arrive within a window, your booking page hides that slot. Leave it Off (or the cap blank) to disable. Your own dashboard can always overbook.
Hours & closures
Your regular week, your special dates, and time away.
Europe/London
Checking your saved schedule…
Your regular week
Check each day at a glance. Edit a day to change its service times.
Turn this on only if you close in between — guests can't book the gap. Most venues leave it off.
Your special dates
Check the hours you have planned for individual dates or a season.
Special hours replace the whole dayInclude lunch and dinner if both services run. Closed dates stay closed; existing bookings stay unchanged.
Add special hours
Your upcoming closures
Dates when you are not taking new bookings.
Add a closure
Applies separately, after confirmationClosing or reopening dates takes effect without using Save changes. It does not save or discard any hours you are editing.
Existing bookings stay in place and guests are not contacted automatically. Check Bookings for these dates before confirming.
Emergency: close today
Applies immediately when you confirm — not part of “Save changes”.
Something has happened and you cannot open today. This stops new bookings on every channel. Bookings already on the books are not cancelled and no guest is contacted automatically — open Bookings for that date to see who is booked and contact them yourself.
Weekly hours and special dates share one draft. Switching tabs keeps your edits; use Save changes to keep them.
Tables & floor
Set up your spaces, seating and the plan your team uses during service.
Tables
Joined tables
Choose tables you can push together in this room, then confirm how many guests can sit comfortably. A joined booking reserves every table in the group.
Floor plan
Arrange this room as your team sees it. Select a table to inspect it, or choose Edit layout to move it. Moving tables here does not join them for bookings.
No-show Shield — card-secured no-show fees
For bigger, higher-risk bookings, guests securely save a card when they book (nothing is charged). If they no-show, you'd charge a fair, capped fee with one tap. TableTango takes 0%; payouts go straight to your own bank, powered by Stripe.
Available on request. Card-secured no-show fees and deposits are included in your plan at no extra cost and switched on venue-by-venue when you ask. Nothing changes on your booking page until access is on, you've connected your own bank with Stripe, and switched a policy on yourself.
✓ Request received . TableTango switches on payment access for your venue — nothing changes until then. You'll see the next step here once access is on.
Booking payments
Shield bookings, deposits, prepayments, event payments and add-ons together. Open a booking to see its payment details and available actions.
No-show Shield
For bigger, higher-risk bookings, guests securely save a card when they book (nothing is charged). If they no-show, you'd charge a fair, capped fee with one tap. TableTango takes 0% — payouts go straight to your bank, powered by Stripe. Off by default.
A booking only ever has one payment step, and a deposit comes first. If you also run Deposits and a booking is covered by both, that guest pays a deposit instead — no card is held and no no-show fee is charged. Running both isn't belt-and-braces; each booking gets whichever applies to it.
Checking your payments state…
✅ Bank connected. You're all set — switch No-show Shield on at the bottom whenever you're ready.
For one day, leave the end blank. For Christmas, choose 1–31 December. Dates refer to the visit, not when the booking is made.

Deposits & prepayment
Take a small deposit (or full prepayment) when guests book — it also helps secure your bigger covers. Paid securely at booking; TableTango takes 0%, the money goes straight to your bank (Stripe, the same connection as No-show Shield). Off by default. (Event pre-orders are set per-event in the Events tab.)
A booking only ever has one payment step, and the deposit comes first. If a booking is covered by both this and No-show Shield, the guest pays a deposit and is never also charged a no-show fee — your cover there is this policy's refund rule. Add-ons aren't offered on it either.

Booking add-ons
Let guests add a few extras when they book — a birthday cake, a bottle of fizz, a set-menu deposit — paid securely at the moment they book. TableTango takes 0%; the money goes straight to your bank, powered by Stripe (the same connection as No-show Shield). Off by default.
A booking only ever has one payment step, and add-ons come last. They aren't offered on a booking that takes a deposit or has a card held by No-show Shield — so if either covers most of your bookings, expect few add-on sales on those.
Payment access on request. Booking add-ons are included at no extra cost and switched on venue by venue when you ask; once access is on and you've connected your own bank with Stripe, you'll build your list here.

What each kind of access allows
Manager access to the private functions diary is set separately in Settings → Payments & events → Functions.
On a staff device, each person unlocks it with their own PIN and sees service screens only. Only a fresh Manager PIN approves refunds, no-show charges and waived fees. An unlocked shift lasts 12 hours; use Lock / switch whenever needed.
In your signed-in owner account, when staff PINs are on, settings, closing or reopening dates and signing out ask for a PIN. Refunds, charges and waived fees record who approved them. Everyday service does not ask. All active PINs allow the same owner-app actions, including those labelled Manager; PINs identify people here and do not restrict access. Keep your account password private.

What is simulated in this demo?
Bookings, guests, messages and payments use fictional data. AI answers are simulated. The guest booking preview is separate; its bookings do not appear here. Account creation and TableTango support links open real services.
