What’s included, and when would I pay?

What happens if I reach a limit?

After 20 online bookings in a UK calendar day, further guests are asked to contact you directly. Staff can still add bookings. The monthly allowance counts bookings in the month guests make them.

The first month over 50, online bookings continue and we email you. A second consecutive month brings an in-app notice. From the third consecutive month, further online bookings pause when the limit is reached. A month under the limit resets the sequence.

Cancelled bookings are excluded from the monthly total, but later cancellations do not undo a month already over the limit. The daily count includes cancellations. Read the booking limits in full.

What happens at the end of my trial?

When the 30 days end, choose Free or Paid in Plan & billing. You decide whether to start paying. If you haven’t chosen yet, your booking page keeps taking bookings, but your team needs to select a plan before adding or changing them in the app.
