All-in-one — and it plugs into the tools you already use.
TableTango™ is a complete booking system, so there's no stack to wire together and no IT department required. But it doesn't sit in a silo: it connects to Stripe for payments, to the booking channels you already use, to your guests' calendars, and to text and email. Here's exactly what's live today — and, honestly, what isn't yet.

One system, not a pile of plugins to maintain
A lot of restaurant tech asks you to bolt together a booking widget, a separate reminders tool, a waitlist app and a spreadsheet — then keep them all talking. TableTango is the opposite: bookings, table assignment, confirmations, reminders, no-show tools, waitlist, reviews and events are all one product — one plan, £29.99/month per venue, with waitlist, a never-gated Google review link (auto invites after v1) and events all included, plus a 100-credit starter grant to try guest texts. So "integrations" for us means the handful of external rails that genuinely matter — payments and the places your guests find you — not a marketplace of add-ons you have to manage.
Live today
Everything below works right now. One plan at £29.99/month per venue covers your booking link, floor and guest book with email confirmations and reminders as standard, plus waitlist, a never-gated Google review link (auto invites after v1) and events — guest texts run on credit, starting with a 100-credit grant. There's no commission and no per-cover fee.
| Connects to | What it does | Included | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Secure subscription billing (£29.99/month, per venue). Card details never touch our servers. | Included | Live |
| Google, Instagram, Facebook, your website & a QR poster | Your one booking link drops into every channel you appear in; a tagged version shows you which channel each booking came from. | Included | Live |
| Booking confirmations and day-before reminders by email — as standard — plus your own account emails. | Included | Live | |
| SMS (text) | Reminder and waitlist texts — a 100-credit starter grant is included to try them; paid top-up bundles for more. | Credit-funded | Live |
| Google reviews | Your Google review link, never gated — the same link for every guest, never only your happy diners. (Automatic post-visit review invites arrive after v1.) | Included | Live |
| Calendars (Apple, Google, Outlook) | Every booking confirmation includes an add-to-calendar link, so the date lands straight in the guest's calendar — with richer detail on event bookings. | Included | Live |
| Install as an app (PWA) | Add the dashboard to your phone or desktop home screen — no app store, no download for guests. | Included | Live |
On the roadmap — not live yet
We'd rather tell you plainly than let you find out later. These aren't live today; they're things we're building or weighing up. If one of them would make or break TableTango for you, say so — it genuinely helps us prioritise.
| Planned | What it would do | Status |
|---|---|---|
| EPOS / till integration | Pass bookings and covers to your till. For now TableTango runs alongside your existing till rather than into it. | On the roadmap |
| Reserve with Google (in-search booking) | Let guests book inside Google's own results. Today we give you a booking link for your Google profile instead — an approved-partner programme is the post-traction step. | On the roadmap |
| Card-secured no-show fees | Hold a guest's card on the riskiest bookings and charge a no-show fee under your own policy — on Stripe Connect, with your restaurant as the merchant of record (you keep 100%, no commission). Card details never touch our servers. | On the roadmap |
| Online event payment & deposits | Pre-pay tickets and take deposits for events. Builds on the same Stripe Connect pipeline as our planned card-secured no-show fees. | On the roadmap |
| Gift vouchers | Sell branded gift vouchers from your own page — the restaurant keeps 100%, no commission, paid into its own Stripe account and redeemed at its own venue. Builds on the same Stripe Connect pipeline as our planned card-secured no-show fees. | On the roadmap |
No hardware, no IT department
TableTango runs in any web browser and installs as an app if you want a home-screen icon. There's nothing to plug in, no integrations to wire up before you can take a booking, and nothing for your guests to download — they just tap your link.
The card-secured no-show fees on our roadmap are covered in full on the reduce no-shows page, and selling tasting menus and supper clubs is on the event booking page.
Integrations — your questions
Does TableTango work with my EPOS or till?
Not yet — an EPOS/till integration is on our roadmap, not live today, and we won't pretend otherwise. For now TableTango runs happily alongside your till: it manages your bookings, tables, confirmations and no-shows, and your till handles the bill. If a till integration would make or break it for you, tell us — it helps us prioritise.
Can I use TableTango with my Google listing?
Yes. Your TableTango booking link drops straight into your Google Business Profile, and into your Instagram bio, Facebook page, your own website and a printed QR poster. Guests tap "Book" and land on your real booking page, and your dashboard shows which channel each booking came from. (This is a booking link, not Google's in-search "Reserve with Google" — that's an approved-partner programme on our roadmap.)
Do you integrate with Stripe?
Yes, in two ways. Your TableTango subscription (£29.99/month, per venue, with your first 30 days free from go-live) is billed securely through Stripe. And card-secured no-show fees are on our roadmap — when they launch they'll run on Stripe Connect with your restaurant as the merchant of record, so you keep 100% and there's no commission. Card details never touch TableTango's servers. There's no card needed to start.
Do I need to install anything or buy hardware?
No. TableTango runs in any web browser and installs as an app if you want a home-screen icon. There's no hardware, no plugins to maintain and nothing for your guests to download — they just tap your link.
How do guests get confirmations and reminders?
An email confirmation and an email day-before reminder go out as standard wherever a guest gives an email address, and we risk-flag bookings so you can spot likely no-shows. Reminder and waitlist texts are available to every venue — they run on SMS credit rather than the monthly price, starting with a one-off 100-credit starter grant, then paid top-up bundles. One credit is one message segment. Your Google review link is never gated — the same link for every guest, never only your happy diners; automatic post-visit review invites arrive after v1. It's all one plan at £29.99/month per venue, with no commission and nothing per cover, ever.
